Spin It (Double Points):  This game uses the standard Spin It rules but allows you to move designated o’rings into the middle of the scoring bars approx. 4 inches apart. If you land within this 4-inch target area you get double points for that shot which cannot be cancelled unless your opponent lands in the same spot.

Killer: To start this game, each player has to select a colored bar.  That bar is their designated bar with only one color bar to be occupied by each person. Each time you land on  your color you get 1 life. You must get 3 lives to become a killer. When you become a killer you can then take lives away from your opponents by landing on their designated target color. Once all lives are taken away from your opponents you are the winner.

King: This game involves each player aiming for the same bar to score all 3 bolos. Starting with the 1 bar (blue) and then going through to the 8 bar (gray), the player tries to hit that number as many times as possible. A single bolo on the number scores 1 hit, a double scores 2 hits, and a triple scores 3 hits. At the beginning, each player shoots at the blue bar with all 3 bolos alternating shots and keeping scores for hits. On the next rounds, each player shoots at the yellow, orange, green and red bars respectively finishing with the gray bar. Keep track of your hits and the one with the highest number of hits at the end of the 6 rounds is the "KING..

Baseball:   A baseball game includes 7 or 9 innings of play. Each player tosses all 3 bolos at the target to get their score for that inning using the Spin It scoring. The next opponent shoots their 3 bolos with a clean target. The winner of the baseball game is the team with the most runs at the end of the game.

Golf: Golf is played with either 9 or 18 holes using a scorecard. Each player tosses bolos at the target alternating shots for each hole. You cannot move to the next hole until each player has landed on a bar to score for that hole. For each bolo that does not land on any target you must add 1 shot to your score for that hole to the scoring grid below:

Blue = 1 shot (eagle)

Yellow = 2 shots (birdie)

Orange = 4 shots (par)

Green = 6 shots (double bogie)

Red = 8 shots (snowman)

Gray = Hole in ONE no shots

Note:  Remember to add 1 shot for each missed shot prior to landing on a color bar to get your score.

Around the World: This game involves each person landing on all 6 colors to finish and the first person to do so wins. Play 1 of 2 ways:

  • Around the world in order - This involves following the color scoring in order landing on 1st the blue, 2nd the yellow, 3rd orange, 4th green, 5th red and finish with the gray. You cannot proceed to the next bar until you land your bolos in order. The first one who hits all 6 in order is the winner.

  • Around the world any way - This involves landing one of your bolos on all 6 color bars in any order. The first one who hits all 6 is the winner.

Bowling: This game is scored the same as bowling. The bars are worth the following points: Gray (center bar) = 1, Blue = 2, Green = 4, Orange = 6, Yellow = 8, and Red = 10.  Each player gets two tosses per frame, and there are 10 frames. If a player lands on the red bar on the first toss, that counts as a strike and they get 10 points plus the next two tosses for that frame.

If both tosses in a frame add up to 10 or more points, that counts as a spare and the player gets 10 points plus the next toss for that frame.  If both tosses add up to 9 points or less, they get their total points for that frame.  On the tenth frame, if a player gets a strike, they toss two more times to finish out that frame.  If a player gets a spare, they toss one more time for that frame.

300 points = perfect game.

Wipe out:  A coin flip determines who goes first.  The players alternate throwing their three bolos.  The first person who lands on a bar in a round gets 1 point.  That bar is now the only bar you can score on during the round.   Each time a player lands on the same bar in that round the points double (i.e. the second player to land on the bar gets 2 points, the third player gets 4 points, etc) and the previous player's points for that round are wiped out.  After the first round, the person or team that is ahead goes first. The first person or team to reach 20 wins.

Rotation:  The object of this game is to land a bar to rotate the wheel away from you.  Each person throws their three bolos.  If you land on a bar that rotates the wheel away from you, you get 1 point.  If you land on a bar that rotates the wheel toward you, you get -1 point.  If you land on the center bar you get 2 points.  The first person or team to reach 10 wins.
